Depending on what needs to be done, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Your estimated bill depends on the size, scope, and expertise required for the project. Our team keeps detailed logs of the time they spend on your file. We count in 15 minute increments. Work logs will be disclosed to clients upon request. We only work for as long as a task requires--you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers/postage, and third-party research tools. General rates as follows:
General bookkeeping rate - $100/hr
Anything else - $300/hr
Personal tax returns - start at $200 for basic, $500+ for self-employed/rental/employment expenses
Corporate year-end - $3,000+
Retainers must be paid upfront—this ranges between 50% and 100% of expected bill. Remainder due upon work completion/invoice presentation. Rates are subject to change from time to time (generally annually).
Rush orders cost extra. Please mention your timeline requirement at intake and we can provide a better quote.
